After School Care Program at CCS
CCS After School Care Program is a supervised program from 3:30 - 5:30 for CCS students who are waiting for their parents to pick them up. To register your child, download and complete the
AFTER SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORM and return the completed form to the school office.
Before School Care Program at CCS
CCS Before School Care Program is a supervised program from 7:30 - 8:30 for CCS students staying before school. To register your child, download and complete the
BEFORE SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORM, and return the completed form to the school office.

Grade 8 Cheese
Grade 8 Students have an ongoing fundraiser to raise funds for their year end trip to Ottawa. They sell cheese and Dutch treats through
Jennard Cheese.
If you do not know a grade 8 student, but would like to purchase through this fundraiser, please
download the order form and send it to the office. Your order will be included and processed with the other orders.
Parent to Teacher Information Form
Parents are invited to use
THIS FORM as an opportunity to communicate specific information about their child directly to their teacher. The form can be sent to the school and forwarded to the classroom teacher in September.
