Principal's Welcome

Thank you for your interest in Calvin Christian School! CCS was established in 1952, meaning we have been a presence in the Hamilton community for over 70 years. Our goal from the beginning was to provide Christian education to children so that we may honour the God who created us. If you want to know more about our school, you are invited to explore our website, as it provides a great deal of information about who we are.

Calvin Christian School assists parents by providing Christian instruction for children in grades JK-8 at both our West 5th Campus (Hamilton) and our Unity Campus (Caledonia). The instruction that is provided, whether it is about history, math, art, music, French, computers etc., is Christ-centered, teacher-directed and child-oriented. School Theme

Each year we focus on a Christian theme which captures our Christian perspective and the reason for our existence as a Christian school. For the 2025-2026 school year, our theme is "Walk with God" based on the verse 'Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit." Galations 5:25. We look forward to learning more about this theme throughout the year, in our class devotions and school chapels.
